DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES
We manage every aspect of your home renovation - from the architectural designs, permit obtention, pricing, and the actual renovation work. Your custom project will be handled in-house by one dedicated project manager. This means you only have to interact and communicate your ideas to one person. Our project managers are personable, professionals who are eager to help you turn your dream renovation into reality.
RESTORATION AND REMEDIATION
Although home remodeling is our passion - we also offer an extensive amount of restoration and remediation services for your convenience. These services include (but are not limited to) water extraction, mold prevention, earthquake remediation, flood damage cleanup, fire damage restoration, mold removal, and specialty cleaning services.

Greg Moore is currently President at GM Development and Renovation, a construction and development company specializing in residential, multifamily and commercial renovation projects. Prior to starting his own company, Greg was a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor, where he worked on over 300 large scale build outs for clients such as the National Football League, Google, YouTube, Netflix, CBS, Irvine Company, Segerstrom and Hoag Medical. Greg attended the University of Southern California where he studied Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship, and Harvard University's Real Estate Development program. Greg is both a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate agent in California.
